Did you know on the Titanic’s FIRST voyage everyone thought it was indestructible but it sadly sank.
There were approximately 2,224 people on board including passengers and crew!
Around 1,500 people sadly passed away.

The meanings of each star: Matariki = Well-being and health
Tupu-ā-rangi = The food that comes from above
Tupu-ā-nuku = The food that comes from the soil
Ururangi = The wind
Waipunā-ā-rangi = The rainwater
Hiwa-i-te-rangi = Growth and prosperity
Waitī = Fresh water
Waitā = The ocean
Pōhutukawa = The deceased
